Mango Coco, Judo Babble (say 5x fast)

Mango Coco

After Judo practice, I stopped at 7-11 for a cool, refreshing 'Mango Coco'.
Please take a moment to share in my excitement upon catching sight of this titilating title. Mango and cocoa? Could it be done? Could the two be fused into a thirst-quenching 'dessert drink?' Oh, the anticipation!

Sadly, yet probably fortunately, there was no cocoa to be found here for reasons unknown to me. Maybe I was slightly disappointed. Actually, it just seemed to be mango juice.
The container promised 'An invigorating drink for your refreshment and exhilaration.' I expected that from a mango/cocoa combo, but I found myself truly exhilarated after almost gaging on several cubes of mango cleverly planted inside the drink.
Note: container should, but does not read--DO NOT SERVE MANGO COCO TO CHILDREN UNDER THREE AND ILLEGIBLE FOREIGNERS--SEVERE CHOKING HAZARD.

That would be "illiterate".

True, however, 'ILLEGIBLE FOREIGNER' is something that one would much more likely see on a product manufactured in Japan, no?

An honest mistake. Thanks!

Hi!How are you? We are both fine in Osaka.
You found a funny drink??I 've never tried it before, but it says "mango and nata de coco". That's why you couldn't find cocoa in it.
When we say cocoa in japanese, we say ココア.

I'm glad you got to Osaka safely. Did you have another good seminar in Tokyo?

You're right, now that I look closely at the green part it does say 'coconut milk' in Japanese. In English, we pronounce 'cocoa' like Japanese 'koko', but like you said, in Japanese you say 'kokoah.' I didn't think about Mango Coco being Mango Coconut juice, but now I understand, although, it still seems a little strange to me!

Talk to you soon!

If you think Mango Coco is strange, you should try the Puerto Rican coconut-based soft drink called Coco Rico.

Do they carry it in 7-11?

Maybe in Manhattan or Chicago.
